  • Generate tailored resumes optimized for specific job descriptions using AI
  • Export resumes in PDF format

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

  • Certain features require credits to use (e.g., AI-powered resume parsing, tailoring).
  • Credits are purchased in packages and do not expire.
  • Credit costs for each operation are displayed before you confirm the action.

4.2 Refund Policy

  • Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
  • Credits that have been used are non-refundable.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to harm our systems

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all resume content you create or upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our service.

6.2 Our Service

Kulia, including its design, features, and code, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Important: Our AI-generated content is meant to assist you, not replace your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated resume content before using it. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular job application.

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • You should always review and edit AI suggestions before submitting applications.
  • We are not responsible for the outcome of job applications using our service.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
  • We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing core features.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
